Besides work, family, social life, staying healthy, eating healthy, finding me time, and the list goes on and on. Life can be pretty stressful and overwhelming at times; finding that right balance can be tricky.

Retreat in the City will be a weekend immersion of self reflection, meditation, breath, movement and yoga.

Living in this day and age where we have so much choice and can experience all the joys life brings is fantastic, but it can also be a curse. Besides work, family, social life, staying healthy, eating healthy, finding me time, and the list goes on and on. Life can be pretty stressful and overwhelming at times; finding that right balance can be tricky.

Therefore we are organising a seminar named ‘Retreat in the city’. We have four amazing coaches; they will dig deep into your mind and body through various exercises and meditation to find out where your stress areas in your life are and give you tools that you can use daily to help you lead a less stressful and balanced life.
You will leave feeling inspired, recharged, and more connected to yourself. ❤️

The seminar is 1500,- if you book the ticket before the 5th of October and 2000,- after this date. It includes a two-day seminar, lunch (soup and a main), water, tea, coffee, and lemonades throughout the day.

We ask you to bring a yoga mat, a journal and suggest wearing comfy clothes.

Below you will find an introduction to our coaches and what they will teach us during these two days.

 

Becky Altman
Through Becky’s guidance, you will be exploring your overall health and well-being. The practice will include meditation, journaling, and discussions, where you will begin to dive deeper into where there may be an imbalance in your life. You’ll start to recognize your current patterns and gain some invaluable tools in self-care to begin to create balance in your daily life. These sessions with Becky will start you on your journey to make sustainable changes moving forward.

Becky Altman is a certified holistic health and lifestyle coach. A 200-hour Yoga Alliance International certified teacher and has certification from Mindful Schools as a mindfulness educator. Becky has been teaching meditation and mindfulness in Prague for several years. She has worked as an educator for the past 13 years. Through her one-on-one coaching business, she has helped to empower her clients to dive deeper into their mind/body connection. She works with clients to identify roadblocks and limiting beliefs that they may be holding on to and helps them create sustainable lifestyle changes. Becky’s goal in her coaching practice is to help clients become the most authentic version of themselves by showing them we all have the tools within ourselves to heal.

Kristyna Horning
Dealing with stressful situations and stressful thinking.
We will explore how to de-stress and communicate in an intense environment. I will present tools for changing repetitive stressful thinking and changing the energy in an intense situation. We will have the opportunity to role-play and explore questions about communication.

Stephanie Marie
Stephanie will lead you into a deeper reflection of the intimacy and love you have with yourself. Through meditation, breath embodied movement and dance, you will come into a greater unity of body, mind and spirit. You will experience more profound bliss and healing in her sessions.

Stephanie is an Embodiment and Empowerment Coach who helps ambitious and multi-faceted women uncover their deeper spiritual gifts, soul alignment, and purpose. She empowers her clients to experience deeper love, freedom, and peace. Since she was a teenager, she has been tapping into her role as a helper. She received her Bachelors’s and Masters’ Degrees in Social Work.

Growing up with a mother who practiced Mexican healing practices, she has been connected to the spirit world since she was a child and has been on her own spiritual journey for over 10 years. With clients, she shares the best methods, techniques, and wisdom holistically. Finally, she hosts regular events and ceremonies in Prague.

Challan Shin
Challan will check the actual conditions of each chakra by using a pendulum. After chakra diagnosis, we will make several very gentle yogic postures with breathwork to open blocked or weak charka in a meditative status. Most meditation exercises use tools to make our minds more subtle, such as certain sounds, focusing on breathing, etc. In our class, we will use various colors between the eyebrows to let our minds play with an object until it becomes subtle. Even if you never tried meditation, the collective energy will help you focus and experience something odd but fun and profound.
